Review content:
My daughter goes to this office twice. On the first time that she was seen the dental office charge her for services that was not rendered. So I followed up several times to have it corrected. unfortunately what they did is bill the insurance twice insteadof correcting the error. I received a letter from the insurance co. that they have to deny it due to twice of billing. On her next appointment I ask them if they will reimburse me back on that service that was not rendered. And they told me that they will do it. But I didnt receive any letter on that reimbursement. On that second appointment, my daughter was not seen because she need to get a sedation. Nobody told me that she doesnt need to eat on that day for that appointment. So they need to reschedule her. They said they will charge me $50 for skipping that appointment. I explain to them that I will not pay the fee because I was not informed of the procedure. And they are asking me to pay my copay to reschedule an appointment. I told them that they havent reimburse me on the last procedure and now I have to pay them in advance.I was really dissapointment on this policies and poor customer service. This is the only dental office that I've know that I need to pay my co-pay before service was rendered.
