HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE OFFICE MANAGEMENT!!! My son was scheduled for surgery and I've been told 2 different dates of service at 2 different locations. Both girls that I've been in contact with no longer work there and therefore no one knows what's going on with my appointment. No one can tell me exactly what's going on. None of them know what they're doing! more

I recommend Dr. Maryam Sina to all who are looking for a pleasant and comfortable dental experience for their children !! My daughter recently had a bad experience at another office and we were referred to Dr. Sina's office by one of my co-workers. I was extremely pleased at how professional, caring, knowledgeable and friendly Dr. Sina and her staff were to both myself and my daughter. It was a totally different and pleasant experience for us. All in the office made us feel at home and comfortable with everything and I will continue to take my daughter to Dr. Sina for her dental needs. more

My daughter goes to this office twice. On the first time that she was seen the dental office charge her for services that was not rendered. So I followed up several times to have it corrected. unfortunately what they did is bill the insurance twice insteadof correcting the error. I received a letter from the insurance co. that they have to deny it due to twice of billing. On her next appointment I ask them if they will reimburse me back on that service that was not rendered. And they told me that they will do it. But I didnt receive any letter on that reimbursement. On that second appointment, my daughter was not seen because she need to get a sedation. Nobody told me that she doesnt need to eat on that day for that appointment. So they need to reschedule her. They said they will charge me $50 for skipping that appointment. I explain to them that I will not pay the fee because I was not informed of the procedure. And they are asking me to pay my copay to reschedule an appointment. I told them that they havent reimburse me on the last procedure and now I have to pay them in advance.I was really dissapointment on this policies and poor customer service. This is the only dental office that I've know that I need to pay my co-pay before service was rendered. more

My daughter had a VERY bad experience with a different child's dentist (Absolute Dental for kids - don't go there!). Because of this she was very afraid of the denitst and needed extensive (re)work. I wanted a dentist that would be proactive with my daughter's teeth, and gentle due to my daughter's fears. I found this dentist in Dr. Sina. \r \r I took her to Dr Sina's office and was so impressed with her and her staff from the minute I got there. They took us right in and the dental assistant was calm, patient, friendly and kind. She calmed my daughter's fears and got her through her check up. The dental chair's were kid sized, and the xray films were also small. (You would think this would be standard, but at Absolute Dental for Kids this was not the case!! My daughter choked on the adult sized films they took her xray's with, and was dwarfed by the full sized chairs.) My daughter loved Dr Sina. When Dr. Sina determined the extent of work that needed to be done we decided to do her work at the surgical center. Dr Sina's staff coordinated all the benefits and my daughter's surgery went wonderfully. Her teeth look beautiful and healthy. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sina for your child's dentist. I now take all of my kids there! Pros: Gentle, Kid friendly, Small chairs and xray films. Made for kids more
