Review content:
Generally I ""prefer"" to go on ""referrals"" but I couldn't find anyone who had a good referral so I picked Bennett's Eye Center off the web. I have no doubt the physician/staff are knowledgeable; however, my second [& LAST] visit was disappointing. The staff was friendly, knowledgeagle and helpful...Dr. Bennett seemed to be in a hurry...continually looking at his watch, had a ""sharp-short"" attitude to his assistant and overall I felt he was in a hurry. The information in my chart from my first visit was incomplete so? Obviously I prefer someone that will take whatever time is necessary in making me feel comfortable that the doctor genuinely CARES about MY eyes..afterall, they are MY EYES and I only have two. Now maybe it was because I had a 4:00 PM appointment and the doc was running behind for an important appointment. However, I was his appointment at that time and with what I spend and expect in a doctor's visit (regardless of the doctor) he fell short. Good luck!
Pros: Staff checked me in/out very efficiently...no complaints.
Cons: Doc obviously had other things on his mind and the staff felt it.
