Review content:
Was informed that the process would start on Aug 8, did not start until Aug 9. Service/install has not been scheduled as promised. Process has now taken 3 weeks to complete. Still not completed. Several times I was informed I would get a call back, I had to call the company to get scheduling questions answered. They left the area a mess with fiberglass dust and products laying around. Overall, for the amount of money charged, I would not recommend this company.
Pros: Good Workers
Cons: poor front office
