My pool was done in 2003, its now 2012 (9 yrs later). About 2 yrs ago I noticed that Everytime I went in my pool my back and feet would be very ichy afterwards. Well its so bad now that I have to get this fixxed. \r \r Also, it looks like the color/gel coat / paint, what ever it is, was applied so thin, that now you see roller marks everywhere, where the color has changed.\r \r Also, its pealing away from the under material at the waterline. I would never recommend this to anyone. \r \r Now comes the time of truth, Today I call and see what kind of warranty they Really have. more

pool looks amazing 7/27/2009

I was told by my pool guy to resurface my pool with fiberglass. I never heard of it before. After some research I found lami-Glass. I spoke with some of there previous customers who had it done years ago and they had nothing but good things to say about the product, the company, and the staff. I went with them and so far I am very satisfied. The pool looks and feels great. The representatives were all very nice and polite. I had great communication form them for the whole project. My nieghbor replastered her pool a few years ago and it is all stained and peices are fallin out already. She is jealous of our pool now. I would reccomend them to anyone.\r \r Thanks more

still a great company!!! 2/24/2009

Had my pool done by them 9 years ago. still looks and feels great. I called them to redo my brick and tile and concrete. Started and ended on time. very nice office staff. very nice supervisors. crews were very nice and cleaned up everyday. would recommend before and would recommend now. love the fiberglass and so does my poolman. Pros: good people to work with more

Love my new pool 8/26/2008

representative was very nice. They replacd my brick, tile, pump and filter and put fiberglass on the surface. My backyard looks so different. I love it so much. all the workers were very nice and 2 managers watch the job were very nice and the office workers. the fiberglass looks and feel so smooth. not like my plaster. more

i have had lami-glass on my pool for ten years now. Looks just like when it was first done. It has been so easy to take care of compared to my other pool. I have had a few minor issues that were always taken care of right away. The customer service is great compared to some other contractors i've dealt with. I have reffered some of my clients to them and they still thank me for it.\r Pros: low maintanence more

They do not honor guarantee 12/10/2007

No matter what water chemistry you keep, the coating will degrade in about\r 5 years. They will not honor their warranty. You will be forced into an expensive\r re-coat. It is not an aesthetic issue, but a safety issue. You get fiberglass shards\r stuck in your feet and all over your body. Cons: They do not honor guarantee more

worst service ever 12/4/2007

Waited 3 days for estimate. Sales person on phone was agressive and rude. I should have known better. Delay after delay. took over 4 weeks and was promised two weeks. Seriously question lifetime guarantee as I heard war stories from short fat supervisor to applicators during my construction. I believe he was bosses son. I learded a lesson always trust your first impression. I am selling house and understand I have to pay to have warranty for new owners. What a rip off. Pros: nothing except photos of past jobs Cons: rude people and hide facts. more

Great Company 4/25/2007

Had many estimates. Representative was very friendly and polite. Replaced our deck with pavers, changed coping, tile and resurfaced with fiberglass. Also, installed all new pool equipment with a salt system.\r Great company! Good communication from installation department and accounting. Crews were very nice and cleaned up great after every step. Quality supervisor visited few times. feels and looks like a new backyard. Everything works good and looks good. Fiberglass surface is amazing. Old plaster was horrible.\r \r Would highly reccomend! Pros: quality, scheduling, communication Cons: Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for more

Great Company! Very happy! 12/20/2006

Salesman was very polite and informative. Good communication from office. Very nice people, good customer service. Ended up doing more work than was on contract for no extra charge. They started on time and finished on time for my party. Workers were nice and did great cleanup everyday. Final inspector was great. \r Very happy with company. Pool, spa, tile, coping looks great.\r Would definitely recommend. Pros: customer service Cons: fiberglass costs more than plaster more

Poor quality service 8/24/2005

Was informed that the process would start on Aug 8, did not start until Aug 9. Service/install has not been scheduled as promised. Process has now taken 3 weeks to complete. Still not completed. Several times I was informed I would get a call back, I had to call the company to get scheduling questions answered. They left the area a mess with fiberglass dust and products laying around. Overall, for the amount of money charged, I would not recommend this company. Pros: Good Workers Cons: poor front office more
