Review content:
Jack's , a reasonaby priced deli/diner in Westlake Village, must be going through a cash crunch. The owner has made some questionable moves since his return. The martini used to be a major for draw for many, but during my last visit, the change is obvious. The new martini glasses are 20% smaller and the pour is probably 20-25% less. The price is the same as before but you get less? Very strange business move. At a time when people are looking for value the owner is guilty of poor businness sense. Myself, as well as others I know, will not be going back until the madness ends. I have heard other rumblings about the bloody mary, as well as food items that have mysteriously vanished or simply missing ingedients. TO THE OWNER: THE SHORT TERM 10-15% GAIN WILL BE ECLIPSED BY THE 20% DROP IN PATRONAGE.
