Businiess name:  Jack's Restaurant & Deli

Review content:
I went to Jack's Deli & Restaurant during my lunch hour. I was promptly seated in an enclosed patio near a perverted old man and his wife (her back facing me), and two obnoxiously loud teenage boys. The waitress stated that she would be back in two minutes to take my order. After 10 minutes, and being stared at by Chester the Molester, I ordered my food from the cashier. The waitress returned 5 minutes after that and asked if I was ready to order. I told her that I already ordered from the cashier. When the Fish & Chips FINALLY arrived, the fish was bland and the french fries were below subpar. Then another waitress came over after I was done eating and asked me if everything was okay. I said no, and asked for the bill. I paid and did not leave a tip, and I was late returing to work. They have a sign posted over the cash register, ""We Reserve The Right To Refuse Service To Anyone""...not really...this atmosphere is geared more for the ""trailer trash"" of Thousand Oaks and they most likely gave rave reviews. I reserve the right not to eat here again. My advice - Eat at Brent's Deli. Their food is excellent and their prices are worth the quality and the service. Cons: Terrible Service & Subpar Food
