My experience with KidsRKids wasn't a great experience. I worked there for about 9 months and when starting it wasn't so bad. It was when the owners and director started making the staff lie about who they were to Corporate that made me upset.
Also, if there is a child that is disruptive and hurts other children there is no formal consequence for the child. One child kept getting hit by another and KidsRKids wouldn't remove the child from my classroom.
They lie about their Apple accreditation which is the number of teachers to students. They will always have state ratio, which for a 3 year old classroom it is 15 students to 1 teacher but apple is 10 students to 1 teacher.
There is also a big turnover in teachers there. I don't recommend sending your child to this school because the owners only care about the money, most teachers with years of experience are under payed (still at minimum wage). Believe me they seem sweet on the outside, but what goes on on the inside is a different story. (Ask about the mold they painted over in the backroom instead of removing and fixing the problem. They will lie about it I'm sure).
Pros: Teachers are amazing
Cons: Owners only care about the money
