Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy

Wow! This campus is AMAZING! The classrooms are huge and spacious with tons of natural light in every classroom. The playgrounds are seperated by ages and have tons of shade for the toddlers. \r My baby is so loved and well taken care of - and has been in all three rooms she has been in so far. The cameras were the selling point for our family when choosing a preschool since we were anxious about leaving our 3 month old full time. \r I love the morning teachers who make dropping off easy by knowing my daughter and what helps her adjust to being with her friends. The closing teachers are young BUT absolutely adore my daughter. They always have something specific about to tell me about her day and it is obvious that they love being there.\r The Director KNOWS my child! She not only greets her by name every time but she even knows my mom and dad who pick up when they are in town from Naples which is not all that often. Please tell me how a school with 200 students can still feel like a small, friendly community. The answer - Ms. Pam! more

My experience with KidsRKids wasn't a great experience. I worked there for about 9 months and when starting it wasn't so bad. It was when the owners and director started making the staff lie about who they were to Corporate that made me upset. Also, if there is a child that is disruptive and hurts other children there is no formal consequence for the child. One child kept getting hit by another and KidsRKids wouldn't remove the child from my classroom. They lie about their Apple accreditation which is the number of teachers to students. They will always have state ratio, which for a 3 year old classroom it is 15 students to 1 teacher but apple is 10 students to 1 teacher. There is also a big turnover in teachers there. I don't recommend sending your child to this school because the owners only care about the money, most teachers with years of experience are under payed (still at minimum wage). Believe me they seem sweet on the outside, but what goes on on the inside is a different story. (Ask about the mold they painted over in the backroom instead of removing and fixing the problem. They will lie about it I'm sure). Pros: Teachers are amazing Cons: Owners only care about the money more
