I have lived here for over 2 years and will sign another lease. The office is helpful and friendly all the time so I don't know what the other people are talking about. I have had some issues in my apartment but the service guys always come the next day. I just got a new washer/dryer I think they put them in every apartment. This one is bigger than the last ones so I am happy about that. There is a new fitness room I use all the time and love it. It took longer to get the new room but worth waiting for! I also use the free internet in the main office with my laptop so its nice I don't have to pay for it. I think if you are unhappy and write a nasty review you may not have followed the rules or your lease because my experience has been totally opposite if the other ones.
