Possibly the worst apartments I more

I love my apartment! they just came in and put in brand new appliances when I renewed my lease and a couple weeks later they came and put in a brand new washer and dryer. I think they put them in the whole property. The put in a new fitness center last year and even though it took longer and I didn't like the wating it was well worth it. They have events for the residents like last weekend they had breakfast in the office Chompies brought in the food and so it was great. Not sure why people are not happy with the staff because I have had exacly the opposite experience. I referend my boss to live here while they are looking for a house and we all love it. more

I have lived here for over 2 years and will sign another lease. The office is helpful and friendly all the time so I don't know what the other people are talking about. I have had some issues in my apartment but the service guys always come the next day. I just got a new washer/dryer I think they put them in every apartment. This one is bigger than the last ones so I am happy about that. There is a new fitness room I use all the time and love it. It took longer to get the new room but worth waiting for! I also use the free internet in the main office with my laptop so its nice I don't have to pay for it. I think if you are unhappy and write a nasty review you may not have followed the rules or your lease because my experience has been totally opposite if the other ones. more

When I moved in here- my apartment was filthy, the lock on my front door was broke, my carpet was smelled like animal piss, my washer and dryer didnt work properly, my refridgerator still had left over food in it from the prior tenant, I always found scorpions (I've lived in Arizona for 5 years and I've never seen a scorpion until I moved in here) and waking up to a scorpion in my bed doesnt make for a great day. My neighbor was a convict, and the staff is worthless. I repeatedly asked Kristen, RJ, Nicole, and Vicki to help me, and all they said is ""someone else takes care of that"". The staff are complete and utter morons, and the complex is so gross. I read reviews on here before that claimed the how horrible this place was but despite of the complaints I still moved in and this has been my worse choice yet. I went to the coporate office and they didnt seem to know much about anything either. I would never ever refer this untolerable place to anyone including my worse enemies. The staff completed the end walk through without my presence and claimed a bunch of damages occured to the place which is false and I'm currently disbuting. AND when I did go there to apply you have to apply online by clicking by each rule and your initals appear- well Kristen clicked my entire application FOR me and stated ""im not suppose to be doing this, but all well who cares its just blah blah blah the same stuff. Its quicker if I just do it."" Like I said before WORSE STAFF EVER!!! more

Stay Away! Read the other reviews. Awful. The worst apartment community I have ever rented from. The office staff makes it unbearable! If you have even the smallest issue the office staff will disrupt your entire life, and the worst part is they don't care. I have lived here for years and after the last few months been taken up by one thing after another by the incompetent office staff, I am leaving. I am a good tenant and have never ever had any problems when renting in other communities, but for some reason the current office staff is one big mess! At other communities I can't even remember going in the office, but here it seems I am at the office trying to get the office staff to get there stuff together every other week. I have wasted enough time and am leaving....I know so many other good tenants have left as well and had it with the current office staff! more

We have lived there over 4 years and the rent has gone up every year . The gates never work , cops are in and out of there all the time. Maintenamce is a nightmare. The office staff always changes. They will NICKEL AND DIME YOU so they don't have to pay you your deposits back... We left the apt cleand but cuz i smoked in the apt they are charging me for that. The only reason i stayed there was cus i am on section 8 and a wheel chair.. I could go on but i would be here all day. more

i lived at garden grove for over a year close to two years, and only moved because i was a new mother and really wanted to be in a house with a back yard for myself and my child. i absolutely loved it there though!! the staff was wonderful and accommidating. the property was very kept and clean. they had just installed a little park for the kids towards the end of our stay which was delightful and cushy! all in all it was a very peaceful and enjoyable place to live. oh, and i am a huge fan of walmart--and guess where it was =) just around the corner! Pros: great location, awesome staff Cons: no gated security more
