We are thrilled with our Jantek Windows. The whole experience was very professional and their people are extremely knowledgable and professional.
After researching many window companies on the internet, we found that only Jantek and another firm carried energy efficient windows which were applicable for the Federal tax credit this year. Sing the credit was not much, my wife and I decided to expand our search and came up with three firms to contact for an estimate. The first I visited because it was a local firm. They basically showed me a window and said that's it, that's what we have. No explanations of its quality, but I could see why not. The next firm I called, they would not discuss their product over the phone. I would have to make an appointment with a representative; we were not interested at that time to sit down with a ""Salesman.""
When I called Jantek, I spoke to Sheri. She was extremely informative as to the types and cost of their windows. She gave me an education. Based on her conversation, I visited Jantek's Showroom which is attached to the factory where the windows are actually manufactured in Medford. Sheri showed me Jantek window products and explained the differences and the cost. Because of her, we set up an appointment with Dave to come out to give us an estimate.
Dave was a pleasure to work with, straight forward and informed. He clarified any other questions we had and we agreed to purchase Jantek windows and set a date for installation.
Jantek's employee Installers were there on time and proceeded to install our windows professionally. Again, a pleasure. So not only did we get a fine product, but we dealt with very professional individuals. My congratulations to Jantek on their fantastic products, and their hiring practices.
