I was shopping around for a used vehicle in the Pittsburgh area. Every lot I walked on to I was only asked my price range if I was approached at all. Being that it was a little on the low side no one even wanted to give me the time of day. When I went to Mike Ts I was treated with respect, he actually talked to and got to know me! This was such a relief after being ignored at so many other places. He sold me on a great little Civic which I love. I ended up going above my price range but he really made me love it. As a first time buyer it was nice that he was showing me everything about the car. I got the carfax before even asking. It was an awesome experience at Mike Ts. I'd recommend it to anyone in the market for a used car who wants to avoid being jerked around. No games, no gimmicks. He runs his business exactly like his slogan.
