Yes, they do post hours. But don't expect anyone to actually be there during those all of those hours. Once the staff does arrive, prepare to be verbally accosted by the deranged saleswoman for not having an appointment. I was disappointed to say the least. Considering all of the positive reviews, I had to look twice at the sign to make sure I was at the right place. They say they will fight for your business. They actually fought with me to take my business elsewhere, and succeeded. more

When I was looking for a used car, I went to several different lots and came away disappointed, to say the least. One dealership didn't even bother to clean their cars before showing them, and at another, the owner/manager didn't bother to show up in time for an appointment. So I went to Mike T's, and I realize now that it should have been my first and last choice! Great people and great service! I bought a 1999 Toyota, clean as a whistle and runs like a champ. It had a couple of minor issues with sensors needing to be replaced and they aren't covered with by the warranty, but Mike offered to take care of them for me at no charge! He and Mike B. even went the extra mile to get me financing for the car after I was ready to give up entirely. You can't ask for better service than that - shows that he really cares about his customers. No games and no gimmicks - Mike T. lives up to that slogan. I recommend him to anyone looking for a quality used car. more

We bought a 1997 GMC jimmy from Mike in September, it's had some issues and is in the garage right now with a leaking fuel tank. I went to Mike T's as a first time buyer. My experience was beyond great. I found a car I was interested in buying he was more than willing to show me the car and take me for a test drive. The car was in great shape, it was very clean, had low milage, and drove good. He had the best personality and was so easy to get along with. I had a wonderful experience with him being able to hold the car for me while he got me set up with a loan company. Four to five years ago I bought a Nissan 1999 from Mike T's. It runs like a top. I took it to Florida, no problems. I changed the oil once. Now it has almost 110,000 miles. The tires are still good. Thank you, Michael for following up. Oh, BTW, it needed a new tire early on, Mike replaced it free of charge! more

car buying is my least favorite thing to do because you never know who you can trust. My experience with Mike changed my mind because he was very honest about the car, he had record of all the work he put into it and also he has carfax on all of his vehicles. which a lot of places I went to they could not prove anything. I would definitely recommend anybody to him and i will definitely continue going back. Also he made the experience a lot better because he is a genuinely nice guy! more

Mike was very straight forward and open about my truck. He was quick to show all of the records of what he had done with the truck. He had the car fax already to go. He never put any pressure on us to buy and even dropped it off at my mechanic so they could look it over for me. Oct 2011 I noticed a vehicle that interested me listed on the internet. I called Mike T and he confimed the vehicle was in excellent shape. I flew from St. Louis (625 miles) and was picked up at the airport by an employee of Mike T's Auto Sales. After close examination and a test drive I was delighted. I purchased the vehicle 'on the spot' and drove it home without a problem! I will highly recommend! more

I was shopping around for a used vehicle in the Pittsburgh area. Every lot I walked on to I was only asked my price range if I was approached at all. Being that it was a little on the low side no one even wanted to give me the time of day. When I went to Mike Ts I was treated with respect, he actually talked to and got to know me! This was such a relief after being ignored at so many other places. He sold me on a great little Civic which I love. I ended up going above my price range but he really made me love it. As a first time buyer it was nice that he was showing me everything about the car. I got the carfax before even asking. It was an awesome experience at Mike Ts.
