I just got back from Cobalt Blue where Brandy did full highlights and a cut for me. Thanks to Brandy, this is the best my hair has looked in years! I have wavy-curly hair which she cut perfectly and I don't even know where to begin on how perfect my highlights are (I'm naturally dirty blonde). I'm new to Austin and used one of the highest rated salons (not Cobalt Blue) for highlight touch-ups a couple of months back. I left with yellow-orange, chunky, un-natural looking highlights that needed to fixed, but I was scared to try anywhere else! I finally decided to try Cobalt Blue; Brandy fixed their mess and made my hair look naturally sun-kissed. She gave the perfect shade of blonde for my complexion and waves...it's amazing. I'm so relieved to have found the best stylist for me in Austin....I'm not looking anywhere else!!! The entire staff at Cobalt Blue was friendly and made my first time there quite enjoyable. I highly recommend Cobalt Blue, especially Brandy....she's a true artist!
