I just went to Cobalt Blue after many months of looking for a new stylist. I went to see Robin and had a great experience. The owner Theresa greeted me and made me feel right at home. She really went way beyond the normal ""Hi, go sit over there and wait."" greeting. She showed me Robin's portfolio and told me all about the salon. When I met with Robin she was really nice and talked to me about what I wanted with my hair. I brought in some pictures and she had one that was similar so I felt like she really understood what I wanted. I also had concerns about my over processed hair and Robin suggested a great conditioning treatment that really helped my hair feel softer and stronger. The cut she gave me was exactly what I wanted. She talked me through the products she was using too. My blow-out lasted 3 days and I have fine hair so that was a record for me! I highly recommend this salon. Everyone there has great style and they are so professional and nice. Oh, I almost forgot, when I called for an appointment we were having a hard time finding an appointment that worked for me. They were able to work me in and really went the extra mile to get me in quickly. I will absolutely be going back and recommending Cobalt Blue to my friends. Thanks for a great experience!
