Review content:
Cobalt Blue is a lovely gem, set in an eclectic renovated house near Seton Hospital. The reason I left my last stylist is because they were running a hair-cutting factory -- move 'em in, collect their money, move 'em out. I don't feel that at all at Cobalt Blue. My stylist is Amy and she takes her time to be sure that my cut and color is just as I want it. They love what they do and it shows.
