I contacted Eric (owner) in April to see what a new five foot cedar fence would cost and was given a quote first of $3,152.00, second quote was $4,108.00, and final quote of $4,994.84. This included 191 quote feet of fence, removal of existing fence, removal of planter box, galvanized metal posts 4X6X8 edging. My fence is beautiful and I have no complaints on it except for a few minor problems. My disappointment was in the lack of returning phone calls, responding to e-mails, and cleaning up of yard to its original shape as well as leaving tags on bottom of pickets, tearing up my landscape and again not cleaning up. My gate on the side of the house is ripping out of the braces and I have called and e-mailed Eric regarding this and cannot get him to come back to take out the gate and put in a fence which is what I requested in the first place. His contract says that there is a five-year fence installation warranty and they can't even honor that. I am very tempted to take the company to court to sue for all of my money back but if he would be willing to take care of this last problem, then I would most likely reconsider. I also recommend my neighbor which I believe helped his business and she was also disappointed in the lack of fixing problems and cleaning up. My recommendation would be to not use this company, you will be highly disappointed.
