Eric and friends put in a 4' cedar split rail fence and a driveway gate. This was done is 12/2010. By May 2011, the gate would no longer open because it had shifted. It was an expensive fence and an expensive gate. He boasts a 5 year warranty, but it has no value if he doesn't honor it. I have been trying to contact him via email and phone calls since 5/19/11 and he has not returned either form of communication. I believe that he doesn't know what he's doing or how to fix what he did wrong, so he is just ignoring me. My only recourse is to sue him for the cost of the gate. What a pain! Don't let this man do work for you, it is not worth the headaches and sleepless nights! more

Dealing with Eric was awesome. He is truly professional and very knowledgable in his field. He was able to not only build the perfect custom fence for us but he gave us great advise on our deck project. HE WOULD NOT ACCEPT A DEPOSIT!!!! Every other contractor wanted between 50-75% down. Not Eric!! He said we don't pay until we are happy with the finished project. That is unheard of. He understands how to treat people. \r I have recommended him to other friends that could use his services and I will continue to refer him. He even sent us a Thank You card just for allowing him to do an estimate for us.\r The crew was great!!! Joe and Aaron were not only great at what they do but they were fun to work with. The kept us laughing everytime we engaged them in conversation. \r I strongly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a contractor who takes pride in work. more

I contacted Eric (owner) in April to see what a new five foot cedar fence would cost and was given a quote first of $3,152.00, second quote was $4,108.00, and final quote of $4,994.84. This included 191 quote feet of fence, removal of existing fence, removal of planter box, galvanized metal posts 4X6X8 edging. My fence is beautiful and I have no complaints on it except for a few minor problems. My disappointment was in the lack of returning phone calls, responding to e-mails, and cleaning up of yard to its original shape as well as leaving tags on bottom of pickets, tearing up my landscape and again not cleaning up. My gate on the side of the house is ripping out of the braces and I have called and e-mailed Eric regarding this and cannot get him to come back to take out the gate and put in a fence which is what I requested in the first place. His contract says that there is a five-year fence installation warranty and they can't even honor that. I am very tempted to take the company to court to sue for all of my money back but if he would be willing to take care of this last problem, then I would most likely reconsider. I also recommend my neighbor which I believe helped his business and she was also disappointed in the lack of fixing problems and cleaning up. In having a new fence put up we needed to take down a tree that had grown through the old fence. Eric Pflueger had faulty equipment and their one and only chain saw broke. The tree is downed..very sloppy with chain link fence still tangled in the stump in my yard. Eric's men were to be back 10 days ago to remove the downed tree. It is still in my back yard. He cashed the check including the removal of said tree. I hurt my back trying to move the tree so the lawn could be mowed. Eric Pflueger has refused to return phone calls or emails. My guess the other customers on this website are related to Eric! Don't use this man, he is not professional and his character is very questionable! Denise In Broomfield CO Pros: None!
