Review content:
After having my car repaired at Murr's, under recommendation of my insurer (who I'm sure received a kickback), I noticed that part of the front end didn't match up to the headlight assembly. e.g. The bodywork was about one inch behind the assembly. After having brought this to their attention, they took the car and had me wait for about half an hour, while they supposedly fixed the problem. When the car arrived, the parts were flushed and I paid and left. Only after three weeks had passed, did I notice that they had only loosened the headlight assembly to match the front end, leaving it vulnerable to falling out, which it almost did. I re-tightened it and forgot about it until about another month later when I noticed that the grille bracket was broken. I am sure that Murr's had broken this while re-finishing the hood, as the grille is integrated into the hood and the grille was pristine before the accident. I don't like being taken for a fool and will never patronize nor recommend this establishment to anyone. Use Autocrafters like I have in the past. THEY do first rate work.
