After having my car broken into, this company was on my insurances list of repair shops. I read a great review and wanted to go someplace local instead of a chain. Wrong choice. I can't get a call back from this place that has my car, can't get them to answer the phone, so I ended up driving up to the shop to get my vehicle yesterday. They said they would talk to the insurance about one last thing on my claim and call me in the morning.... I finally got a hold of someone today and was told ""well you could have called me"" after I asked why he had not called me to let me know that the car was ready. Finally, the vehicle was supposed to be ready last week. Steer clear of this place. Horrible experience. Pros: None. Cons: Costomer service, work, speed of work.
