These guys don't care out you. They just want your wallet. Come on, they are like used car sales guys. They give you the story about Jacuzzi but that's about all. They can't get the order right. They don't care after you pay for the spa. They don't know anything about water care nor do they even have a spa tech. I think the sales guy pretends he is the tech. Jacuzzi is a well known brand but it won't be long in the hands of these thugs.
