Hughsten is great to work with. He did a great comparison between Jacuzzi hot tubs and other tubs we had looked at. My husband and I did a test soak in a hot tub that he had full of water. We had no idea there are so many things to know about a hot tub. Hughsten made us feel very comfortable, didn’t pressure us at all, answered all of our questions, and helped with picking out the tub that best fit our needs. He even helped pick a color.
The hot tub arrived just as we ordered it. Hughsten came set everything up for us, spent over an hour showing us how to work our hot tub and how to use the chemicals to maintain the hot tub. We did have a few questions afterwards and called Hughsten for help. He was more than happy to help even though I called three different times.
I had only heard about Southern Gentleman but had never met on until Hughsten. I never heard so many yes maam and no maam's in my life. It was very sweet. He is an absolute professional in everything he did.
It’s reassuring knowing that Designer Spas has been in San Diego for over 20 years. So many stores have gone out of business lately.
