Review content:
I requested a service call. The service man did show up as scheduled. However, said he did not have the part for my washing machine and that he would have to order the part. This also required a $100.00 check for the part to be ordered and that he will return as soon as the part was available. Needless to say, the part was not available after 2 weeks and my check was never refunded. I had to contact another service company who fixed my washer on site. It was just a clog from a piece of paper. No additional part needed.
All Brand Appliance never returned my check and I have contacted them. I will be reporting the to the BBB in a few weeks if they do not refund my money. I would not recommend using this company.
