All Brand Appliance Repair

I had two companies price my washer and drier fix. Was not too happy. Gave these people a call. The tech called me right before the appointment and said he was running late. He was late by about 5 minutes. When walking in the house apologized. That was already a good sign because the previous company was 30 minutes late, never called and never apologized. I'm not really a stickler for time but it's nice when your time is appreciated. The tech was very polite. Spoke English with an accent but explained everything that had to be done in a clear and concise manner. Gave me a price. I hate to be pushed and when I said that I'm not ready to do this today he, without trying to persuade me, left his written estimate and his card on my counter, thanked my wife for calling them and started on the way out. Since he was not pushy, and we already had two estimated and liked his price, we decided to give him our business. I'll use them again. more

I called All Brand Aplliance and Tech came on time. He fixed my fridge and I am thankful of them. I would recommend All Brand Appliance to everyone. more

I requested a service call. The service man did show up as scheduled. However, said he did not have the part for my washing machine and that he would have to order the part. This also required a $100.00 check for the part to be ordered and that he will return as soon as the part was available. Needless to say, the part was not available after 2 weeks and my check was never refunded. I had to contact another service company who fixed my washer on site. It was just a clog from a piece of paper. No additional part needed. All Brand Appliance never returned my check and I have contacted them. I will be reporting the to the BBB in a few weeks if they do not refund my money. I would not recommend using this company. more
