Review content:
This place is highly overpriced and they are incapable of handling a large party. We were told to be there sharply on time or would not be seated, and then were made to wait twenty minutes. It's loud and very impersonal, I would not go here for dinner with someone you actually want to talk to. Service is average, food is average and setting is average. This would all be fine if the price was average. If you are looking to have a good time with people you know, I would skip Tangerine, if you are looking to hook up at the bar and have a reason to skip small talk--its for you, just grab a cheese steak next door before you get in.
