One of my favorite-est restaurants in center city. Everything is always just so. The decor is amazing (as with most of Starr's restaurants), and the noise level isn't too bad. The waitstaff and hostesses are really friendly, none of that formalistic junk. Had an excellent bottle of wine that we ended up ordering through PA liquor board's website because it was so great. And the food, of course, is superb. We had the shrimp and scallops afrique, which were very flavorful, perfectly done, interestingly presented. The pistachio crusted duck breast was tasty, though a bit too fatty for me (But duck always is). The chickpea crepes were really amazing, too. Definitely would recommend.
