Kat never pressured me, which I appreciate, since many dealers and car salespersons leave you with the distinct impression that they are trying to manipulate you into buying a car--and for most people, that's a very unpleasant experience. Kat was at the complete other end of the spectrum. I would (and will) recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone I know who wants to buy a Honda. As far as I'm concerned, she has the perfect balance of knowledge, professionalism, and interpersonal skills. I felt that, although I ultimately paid a bit more than I wanted, her course of conduct during the price negotiations was scrupulously fair and conscientious. As a result, I did not walk away with any sense of buyer's remorse. I have never bought a car at Lynnwood Honda before, but the next time I need a car I will come here first, so long as you continue to have people of the caliber of Kat.
