Review content:
Food quality, value, and customer service were all seriously lacking. The salad was warm and all tasted like cucumber. The schnitzel was tough and the gravy was horrible. The potato pancakes tasted as if they'd been made with the previous day's potatoes and onions. We let 2 waitresses and the manager know how bad the food was after eating less than a third of our portions, but didn't even get a discount. Manager was not friendly and acted like she'd not heard a complaint before. We've been to Germany several times and know what it's supposed to taste like. This wasn't even close. The best part of the whole night was the guy playing the accordion.
