Self Service for $20 9/9/2010

Good: The fried potatoes were not bad. Bad: The service was absolutely awful. Our waiter spent the entire length of time we were in the restaurant cleaning the bar taps. If you want more than one glass of tea you had better get it yourself.. Improvements: New ownership, authentic food, reasonable prices and at least one competent waitperson.. Other: Even though the food was terrible and the service was worse, the management was too busy chain smoking to care.. more

Had better 9/10/2005

I'm very picky about my German food, I must admit, and I was a little disappointed in this place. I went even though I had heard the service wasn't the best, because I really wanted some schnitzel. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything spectacular that I couldn't have made myself. more
