Do the ratings go into the negatives???? This is the worst experience I have ever had. Work started in November which they were suppose to only install a window that day. Workers showed up and started tearing off siding. No one knew anything about a window. Oh and don't let me forget that I still wasn't given a permit to put up on the house. I was also supervisor that day! No one showed up to explain to the ""non-english"" speaking workers what they were suppose to do. I didn't even get paid for it! My house sat for two weeks with the wrap that wasn't on correctly blowing around in the wind. Try to sleep with that noise! Call after endless call was made and most of them remained unanswered. Finally in almost zero degree weather the workers came back out and started putting up the siding. They eventually finished and the Village of Romeoville was never called to do the final inspection. I called and had it set up. After failing the inspection on Feb 2nd and it is now in March I am still waiting for a call from the owner of Restoration Warehouse. I am sure they are about to fail again as they have not fixed everything the inspector had asked them to. I have never been given the run around as bad as I have with this company.
