Just know that whatever you do, you WILL NOT get back more than half of your deposit. Deposits are just that, deposits. This means you get it back if there is no damage and the property is in good shape. Evidently River City doesnt see it that way. For them its a profit center. I left the house in much better shape than it was in. Reclaimed the entire yard from over growth, repainted the interior, cleaned the gutters, roof and even left a new refrigerator but, that wasnt enough for the ""GOOD"" people at River City. From what other people have told me this is all too common.
