Review content:
Absolute worst experience with a property manager. They present a contract to you as the owner of the property that seems like they have your best interest at heart.... after all, as manager of your property, they should. Well, once the contract is signed it starts, ""we need money for this"", ""money for that"", ""you need a new fridge"" """"WHY?"""" ""Um, nevermind, I guess that one will work just fine"", ""you need a $500.00 roof inspection to check for leaks......"" All they have done is ask us for money and they have not provided ONE RECEIPT!!!! Though we have asked time and again...... we have had a tenant begging to move in for 1 month and that prospective tenant somehow managed to get our personal e-mail (property manager sent a message to us at the same time..... not very good at guarding our personal information if you ask me) so she begs us for answers via e-mail..... answers we can not provide because NO ONE will call us back..... we play phone tag all day and only get sent to voicemail, when they do return a call they offer very little information, they are not proactive, and seem like we are at the bottom of their ""to do"" list, it is very frustrating to say the least, we are losing money hand over fist and they have no sense of urgency. As for us, we are stuck in a 1 year contract with 9 months left...... if you are seeking a property manager..... do your homework but I suggest you run the other way..... I gave them 1 star because it would not let me publish the review without it......
