By far the worst business I have ever had the misfortune of communicating with. This company is full of unfulfilled promises and does not head consumer warnings about issues that are about to become major problems. At nearly twelve hundred dollars rent for a four bedroom house you would think they would provide adequate maintenance. Make sure to fully read your contract and know your renter's rights.
surprisingly registered with the better business bureau- if you do decide to rent from this facade of a business favorite these websites- you WILL need them. better business bureau bbb (dot) org and google renters rights association of chattanooga.
