I've lived at Valley View Apartments, now known as Anthos of Vestal, for almost 15 years and love it. The apartments are very well maintained, centrally located to everything, the management is very easy to talk to and very understanding. The maintenance crew are on top of all maintenance issues in a very timely fashion. I feel safe and secure in my apartment and my surroundings (at my age this is very comforting). My apt has beautiful hard wood floors, the rooms are very spacious. This past year the company installed front loader washers and dryers and recently they put in new replacement windows in all the apartments. What a beautiful place to live. I plan on another 15 years here. I highly recommend Anthos of Vestel.
Pros: Lots of parking, lots of wildlife, feels like country living
