Review content:
I agree wholeheartedly with the former review. I live in a state that doesn't care about the health of it's own residents. Unfortunately, the Franklin Fetter Clinic is the ONLY physicians office I can afford to go to, yet I might as well flush my $30 per visit down the toilet! I have several health issues that I feel may be interrelated, yet when I go I am told they only want to treat ONE symptom at a time. So, let's see... I can't breathe, I am swelling up like a puffer fish (so bad I can leave indentations in my feet that remain for 10-15 minutes), I have pain from the tips of my fingers to the tips of my toes 24/7 (probably due to my diagnosed Osteoarthritis & Degenerative Joint Disease), frequent urination, incontinence, bouts of long-term blurry vision, have developed lipid/cholesterol deposits on my eyelids (called xanthelasma) and insomnia (and when I DO get tired enough to sleep, my legs want to run a marathon!... This will drive me crazy for hours!). So, hmmm... lemme see... I guess BREATHING must be pretty important, right?... So I am told I have COPD without ANY supportive tests (you'd think they'd at least give me some kind of breathing test!). I then try to ask about the swelling, which is obviously severe (I can't even wear my shoes anymore!)... I am then told this is a normal part of aging???.. I am 44 years old!!! This is NOT normal!... What am I suppose to do when they refuse to look at my symptoms as part of ONE ailment? I don't want to diagnose myself, but you'd think they'd be checking me for diabetes or a heart condition AND treating my pain as well. I never know what is gonna happen from day to day. One day I will not be able to walk, another day I can't see clearly at all, yet another day I can not write to save my life... I often get confused and misplace items (i.e. put the phone in the freezer)... So, this is the kind of care I can look forward to from now until the end of my days? DON'T leave a message.. You'll die waiting for a call back!
Pros: They ARE affordable
Cons: You get what you pay for
