First off, they do have a sister company Comfy Condos, which is actually in the town of Leavenworth...the cabins are, much to our dismay, 40 miles from it. I called to book this in secret for my boyfriend and I for Oktoberfest, which neither of us have ever been to. I asked several times about the shuttle and how far it was from the main event, I was told minutes! Oh and the shuttle, again I was told they run regularly, yeaaaahh, no. There is one shuttle, twice a day, the bus system is ancient and the local businesses have no idea about a schedule. I had asked if I should book a shuttle and they said it would stop right by our cabin, nope, we had to drive to a local store (10 miles) park our car and take the shuttle (which was a run down old short bus). We thought, well we want to enjoy the festivities aka drink and have a good time, so we took the early shuttle and spent the time before the event finding a way to get home and ended up booking the last two spots on the last shuttle at 1am. The cabin charged us a cleaning fee and everywhere you look in the paper work and in the cabin they threaten you about being charged if a remote is out of place but the place was a mess when we got there, we left it clean and even did the laundry for the cleaning staff. Over all, I would not recommend this to anyone. I love Leavenworth, I have lived in Washington my whole life and again I love visiting this great little village but now, having treated the place better than the last occupant and the stress of getting there and having no way to the event which I also paid a lot to get into...I cannot in good conscious tell anyone to try this
