Review content:
I was shopping for a dress to wear to an upcoming wedding. I found a very nice dress on sale and was able to get it for a great price because the zipper was flawed. I took the dress to Davis Imperial Cleaners to have the zipper repaired and dry cleaned due to a few deodorant stains on the dress. I took the dress on a Tuesday and I told them to take their time because I didn't need the dress for two weeks. So I went back 4 days after the day they told me to pick it up only to get there and the dress wasn't ready. Someone was supposed to call me to tell me that there would be a delay because they had to order the zipper. I go back three days later and picked up the dress. There was a new zipper but the dress hadn't been cleaned or pressed. I pointed this out to them and they took the dress in the back, ran an iron on it and gave it back complete with the deodorant stains that were there when I brought the dress in. I will never use this overly expensive, poor service rendering cleaners again.
