I have used several dry cleaners in Chicago and struggled to find one that could care for my higher end garments. I ask for a recommendation from Neiman Marcus, and they highly recommended Davis Imperial. I have a blue satin dress I purchased from Neiman's which they have cleaned spots out of on two occassions. The dress looks like new. They are amazing. Even the drivers who pick up and deliver my garments go above and beyond to make sure clients are satisfied. The cost is of course higher, but it is worth every penny. I used to take my garments to local dry cleaners and leave with a nervous feeling wondering how they would look after cleaning. I trust Davis Imperial and I now send all my garments to them having complete confidence in their work. I have spoken to Jordan on different occassions and I'm always amazed he takes so much time to make sure I'm happy with the results. I'm certain he has customers with much larger accounts, but he makes me feel like I am equally important.
