Davis Imperial did a wonderful job cleaning my wedding gown. I had it shipped to them to clean before my wedding since I purchased it used. My only complaint is that they promised to ship it back in a cloth bag and it arrived in plastic and tissue paper - no cloth bag. I've called and emailed several times and still no bag. I just wish that customer service would be as good post-cleaning as pre-cleaning. Customers should get what they pay for, especially when you are paying several hundreds of dollars for the service.
