Review content:
We contacted Rafael to provide a quote on removing some trees and bushes. He came to our home and quoted us a very high price. He then stated that he could do the removals, plus fence work needed, plus trim repair, and paint our entire house all at a discount if we were to give him all of the work. He stated he needed 1/2 payment upfront. We drew up a detailed contract stating all of the work that was to be done- very detailed, which he signed. We gave him 1/2 of the money for the entire job. He removed the trees and shrubs and did not come back. A week later, he took down our side fence and never put it back up. He took our money and never did the work. We had to rebuild our fence to keep the dogs in and then get another company to rebuild our fence again, because of how Rafael destroyed it when he took it down. Our house is still not prepped or painted. His references said not to give him money upfront- I should have known better
