I called and got a quote to move my piano for $120 - made appointment for 9 am. On the day of the move no one showed so at 9:30 I called the ""direct line"" I was given but no one answered and the voice mail box was full. Someone called back about 15 minutes later (based on their called ID list) and I was told they had no record of the appt. I told them I wasn't interested in them moving my piano. About 5 minutes later, they called back again and apologized and told me the truck was in route to my house. About 5 minutes after that, they called back and said they had gone to the wrong delivery first and would be here at 11 am. They showed up at 11 (2 hrs late) and told me the price would be $325. I told them the quoted price was $120 and I was not interested. They would not honor the quoted price. To be extra nice they threw their trash on my lawn as they left. Be forewarned!!!
Cons: Complete Ripoff
