I moved in last July and it was horrible! The AC didn't work for days since a ""switch"" was off. Had to call management 4 times for them to turn it on. The bathtub was cracked and all they did was paint over it to fix it. Everything was dusty and the carpet had pink spots on them.
Dogs are such a problem. Neighbors will let their dogs bark for hours and leave them in the apartment all day. The police have been called because of this several times. People are rude and will sit on the steps and not move when you are trying to get through.
The tennis court is cracked. The swimming pool is small. All the goofy tanning whores take up the seats. People don't even dress decent for the pool, fat people will let everything hang all out.
For the price they are charging it's not even worth to live here. Energy bills are sky high because of bad insulation.
