We recently went to dine at this place, and I must admit, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. The crawfish we got were cold, and flavorless,the beers were warm,...we ordered five pounds, and only recieved 3, and were told that they had run out, but would have more in about 45 min. Now had these been good, we would have waited, but these mudbugs did not in any way rise to the ""O'Cajcen"" The service was good, and we left the kid a good tip, but here's one for the cooks,....PURGE your crawfish, use a little more seasoning, and for god sakes, watch for the dead ones,...half the ones we got had been dead before they saw the water. And the fried pickles need to be a little more FRIED. The ones we received were nothing more than soggy mush around a pickle. I am a restaurant owner/chef, and am probably a little more critical than some,...but this was just a little too much. Hopefully this posting will do some good.
Pros: good, attentive servers
