I've been to this salon a few times and they are always willing to fix their mistakes to at least make my hair presentable by the time i leave. Granted, it does take them about three hours to do so. I've been pushed into the newest ""Hip Styles"" that i hate more often than not when i go there. I've had several of the stylists and Brooke is the only one who will actually LISTEN to what you want. I wanted a color and trim and the color was splotchy with spots of my old color peaking through and my half inch trim ended up being five inches. I am so upset, i will never be back and i will definitely be telling my friends to switch too. What a joke. My hair looks ridiculous. It used to be beautiful and half way down my back. Now it looks like the awkward regrowth stage between short and long. Thank you so much Amber Rene Salon for royally screwing up my hair. i can assure you that all of the tries i have given you this was the most disappointing. I guess when you aren't satisfied the first time you're stupid to go back, won't be making that mistake again. \r
