I've been to Unique Tailor a few times and have to say that their prices are ridiculously cheap compared to tailors in this part of Dallas. $5 to hem jeans, $15 to retailor men's dress shirts while other places in the area charge between 2x-4x that price (I called about 5 different tailors). The owner is a fashion school graduate and has many years of experience in clothing design but the only downside is it takes about 1 week to get a single item back. Still, quality is great, and prices are cheap!
