Review content:
SunTile is one of the worst contractors with whom we've ever dealt as a homeowner. They missed two warranty appointments within a week due to their oversights, and upon follow-up I spoke with Chris, who per their website may be the manager there. I was shocked upon hearing his terse excuses, and his attitude was borderline confrontational. They tried to blame us for their mistakes.
At any rate, our warranty work is still unresolved and I dread dealing with this company.
