Going the extra mile - Customer Service+++ 10/29/2009

We had some last minute flooring needs due to a leaky toilet and company arriving in just a few days. Well the folks at Sun Tiles Flooring Connection made a stressful situation one that had a happy ending. We arrived at their store in the morning(Tuesday) with wet carpet and damaged laminate flooring. The same day they measured and ordered the material and it was all installed prior to our company arriving that weekend. Their prices were competitive but their customer service was outstanding. The installation crew was knowledgable and polite and did a great job. We appreciate all members involved in helping with this situation, with a special thanks to Chris at the showroom for going the extra mile. more

Prompt & Professional Quality Service 10/21/2009

My experiences with Sun Tile's Flooring Connection has been nothing but positive. We have had 3 different projects completed with them on Tile, Hardwoods, and then Carpet. Everything has been handeled professionally and both the management team and installlation contractors have excelled in their roles. They have made the project easy for us to achieve, and the biggest problem was making our minds up on the selections. We had one minor glich in the ceramic tile that was self inflicted, but their service crew was there the next day to resolve the issue at no charge!! If you need flooring call these folks and they will take care of you. Pros: Customer Service and the RIght Attitude more

Sun Tile is best company 10/21/2009

I recently had a water heater break and flood my entire house. I had to replace all of my carpet and laminate. The employees at Sun Tile were fantastic to work with. There installers were very professional. All the material was ordered and installed when they said it would be and they did a great job. I would recommend Sun Tile to all my friends more

Call SunTile if you like verbal abuse 10/7/2009

SunTile is one of the worst contractors with whom we've ever dealt as a homeowner. They missed two warranty appointments within a week due to their oversights, and upon follow-up I spoke with Chris, who per their website may be the manager there. I was shocked upon hearing his terse excuses, and his attitude was borderline confrontational. They tried to blame us for their mistakes. At any rate, our warranty work is still unresolved and I dread dealing with this company. more

Wouldnt trust them! 2/22/2008

I have been screwed by sun tile many times. Not only as a customer but as an employee as well in the warranty dept. They dont care about there employees, if they can go on there crusies and vacations they could care less. The employees are the ones that do the work, and they get no credit at all! Sun tile only cares about themselves, and will not do a good job.... more

Customer Service is Important 3/23/2006

We appreciated Sun Tile's efforts to assist us with a problem we had with our existing tile. They took a personal approach to resolving our issue and were quick to remove and install our new tile. Installation crew used on our job was top notch. We're very happy with the results thus far. Cons: customer service more
