We deeply regret using Brian Pakulla. He has a canned marketing spiel that omits important details that you find out AFTER you have signed on with him. He doesn't retain conversations and details, is interested only in his ""selling within 30 days"" and is the equivalent of a used car salesman including his use of the psuedo ""open house"" signs.\r
Why is he the only realtor who won't let you out of the contract without 30 days' notice? Most other realtors truly do care about their clients and require only 24 hr - 2 day cancellation if client is dissatisfied with their performance. \r
Do not use since you will BE used and not to your benefit. You will just be a number to him with a countdown on his 30 day sale clock.

Cons: you are a number to him and income- nothing more
