And after working with various realtors previously, I would have to say Brian and his team is by far the best realtor team I've seen. \r \r Selling a property is such a stressful situation because it involves a lot of processes and balancing between selling the current house and buying the next home. Brian and his team are extremely responsive. They are knowledgeable about various processes and stayed on top of everything. They really made the selling our current house and buying our next house a seamless process. \r \r During the selling of our house, Brian's market strategy landed us 10+ showings with in the first few days and an official offer the second day on market. We ended up accepting that offer since we are getting the full price we've asked for. \r \r On the buying side, I worked with Jenn on Brian's team. She is very responsive and knowledgable about the area we are buying and helped us obtained all necessary information for us to make the final decision on which house to buy. Throughout the period after we put an offer on our next house, she proactively communicated with the sellers, my lenders, various other parties, e.g. Title company, home inspector... to make sure everything is progressing. We bought the house without any hiccups. \r \r I highly recommend Brian to make your life a lot easier during the selling and buying. more

We deeply regret using Brian Pakulla. He has a canned marketing spiel that omits important details that you find out AFTER you have signed on with him. He doesn't retain conversations and details, is interested only in his ""selling within 30 days"" and is the equivalent of a used car salesman including his use of the psuedo ""open house"" signs.\r Why is he the only realtor who won't let you out of the contract without 30 days' notice? Most other realtors truly do care about their clients and require only 24 hr - 2 day cancellation if client is dissatisfied with their performance. \r Do not use since you will BE used and not to your benefit. You will just be a number to him with a countdown on his 30 day sale clock. Pros: zero Cons: you are a number to him and income- nothing more more
